Bill Rhoades And The Party Kings have been a fixture on the Northwest Blues scene for over thirty-five years. Originally formed in Eugene, Oregon, the band has been consistently playing blues all this time. Bill Rhoades and drummer Johnny Moore have played together for over twenty years. Bass player Tom Szell joined about five years ago and guitarist Michael Osborn about three years ago. Some of the Northwest's finest blues players have passed through this band at one time or another. The group is now based in Portland, Oregon and continues to play throughout the region
