Chris Daniels & the Kings: 10
Colorado's long-standing royalty of rootsy funk, Chris Daniels & the Kings are back with their new recording, 10. It is the Kings signature-sound: smoking at BBQ temperature, with a brassy, blues-rocking sound that can trace its roots to somewhere between Memphis, New Orleans and Colorado. It's the band's most fun-filled recording of its 21-year history ("The best funky blues coming out of the States," according to Muziekcafe, Amsterdam's number one live rock & blues show on TROS Radio Holland!)
