Jamie Bassett was brought up playing Jimmy Reed, Slim Harpo, and other blues artists while playing the Texas Club scene in th 60's. He has played bass guitar for Jimmie Vaughn, Doyle Bramhall, Denny Freeman (currently with Bob Dylan) as well as Joe Kubec, Freddy King, and Lightning Hopkins to name a few.
